One of the commenters on here was recently asking for an update on former Thunder catcher Jason Brown.

Well, Scranton Yankees beat writer Chad Jennings caught up with the veteran backstop to see what he’s up to.

Thanks Mike..I saw that yesterday on Chads site….I really thought Jason Brown would be a sure thing as a Yankee Minor League Coach or Instructor.They just got Danny Borrell back,and gave Kevin Reese a job as well.

Reese is in the scouting dept. I expect Brown to get a job working with the kids somewhere in the lower Minors. Perhaps a coach with Staten Island or the GCL Yankees in the not to far off future.
