Former Trenton Thunder infielder and catcher Myron Leslie has signed with the Can-Am League’s New Jersey Jackals. In one game, he’s 2-for-5 with a run scored and two strikeouts.
This season for the Thunder, he went 3-for-9 with a run scored, a walk and two strikeouts in three games.
Also, ex-Trenton reliever John Van Benschoten (pictured) has agreed to terms with the Atlantic League’s York Revolution. He has yet to pitch for the team.
Last season, Van Benschoten collected two wins in three scoreless relief appearances for the Thunder.
Matt DeSalvo, however, is 1-1 with a 3.50 ERA in six appearances (five starts) for York.
