Got a text from Chad Jennings yesterday. Hope you didn’t book your hotels in Portland…looks like the Yankees organization figured out Portland is in Maine. They’ve decided, via my buddy Chad, to send Andy Pettitte to Florida instead, citing cold weather in Portland.
Pettitte will instead pitch for High-A Tampa in Dunedin. The possibility of him returning to Trenton on May 5 still remains very, very real, however.
