As I was out last night, all hell broke loose and Josh Norris was on it. The Yankees promoted six players from High-A Tampa to Trenton, and three players have been sent from Trenton to Scranton, with more moves expected tonight.
As of now, the moves that have been made official are the following: C Jose Gil, RP Francisco Rondon and RP Jon Meloan have been sent to Scranton while OF Tyler Austin, RP Tom Kahnle and RP Branden Pinder have come up from Tampa.
In addition, Norris reports that OF Ramon Flores, SP Zach Nuding and SP Nik Turley are on the way.
I’ll have a full write-up on this when the back end of the moves become official. I’m officially back to work on Tuesday, but have been off since Friday…I’ll have my usual full coverage back in a few days.

this is bs period. these guys up from tampa dont deserve to take roles of guys that have fought for the Eastern Title all year. Turley starting today is crap I hope he gets bombed

Dude, chill out. The Yankees are in a pennant rce and guys get promoted. It’s the way things go. As for Turley getting bombed, good thing you are anonymous. Guys from AA and Tampa are friends and would take you behiond the bleachers.

Looks as if it’s the Reading Phillies vs Tampa Thunder! At least it’s a short bus ride.

Too bad about Nuno being moved up. I was hoping to see Nuno pitch a laoff game or two. Isn’t the AAA season about over, too?
