Why not send AJax up to 3A now and see if he can be ready in April as Melky has turned into a disaster!!!

Thursday will be a home game vs Akron

Wish it was Hughes instead, but I’m also glad he’s in AAA getting ready to return…the Yanks need him

This guy will never make another pitch for the Yankees. He just “chose” to pitch again to get his next paycheck. I hate Pavano.

  7. Joe Says:

I bet you he will make several starts for the Yankees this year and he will do well.

With Joba’s health now in question, I can see Pavano, Hughes, and Kennedy in the Yankee rotation soon. what other options do they have?

  9. Anonymous Says:

How do you feel, Mike, that you will be missing this historic event in Trenton?

I have nothing against him, but he’s been injured so much that I’ve already covered two of his rehab starts in the past. Honestly, I’d like to be there for it because I really should be…but I’m more or less OK with it.

With Joba seeing Dr. Andrews today, this is usually not a good sign. I bet Hughes, Kennerdy and Pavano are in NY before September, especially if Ponson implodes tonight.

Did anyone happen to notice that Pavano is rehabbing on the Thunder’s Health Fair Night? What sweet irony!!!
