Lidge Ineffective In Reading Rehab Outing

Brad Lidge was ineffective in a rehab outing with the Reading Phillies at Trenton’s Waterfront Park on Thursday night, hitting two batters and issuing three wild pitches in two thirds of an inning. Lidge, who topped out at 89 MPH in his 28 pitches (15 strikes), also gave up a hit and a walk and allowed two runs, both earned.

We’re waiting to go down to the Reading clubhouse to speak with the two-time Major League All-Star…stay tuned.
