Romanski Sent Back To Tampa; Igawa Activated

(PR) (Harrisburg, PA) – The Trenton Thunder, Double-A Affiliate of the New York Yankees, announce that LHP Kei Igawa has been activated off of the Disabled List. In six starts with the Thunder this year, Igawa has compiled a 6.16 ERA and a 1-2 record. The lefty has not pitched for Trenton since June 23.

The middle game of this three-game set will take place on Saturday night at 7:00 PM from Metro Bank Park in Harrisburg. The Thunder will give the start to RHP Craig Heyer (8-6, 3.92), while the Senators will counter with LHP Oliver Perez (3-2, 3.04). Tune-in to the game on 91.3 WTSR and online at trentonthunder.com. WHAT A JOKE rOMANSKI IS YWICE THE PITCHER iGAWA IS
MUST BE A MONEY THING AGAIN I GUESS PERFORMANCE DOESNT MATTER IN THE GAME ANYMORE

    • Peter Lacock Says:

Yes you’re right. Performance means nothing and the word is being removed from the dictionary as we speak. It’s all about money, always has been about money, always will be about money, money talks, follow the money. It’s a mocrocosm of life in general, Forget that Igawa has given 4 years of his life to the organization. Life doesn’t matter either. Only money. These players aren’t people, they’re money. Money. money, money.
      I’m already used to it.

weell thanks for the explanation about money and you know what its BS thats right BS. Romanski was just short of great in 17 innings in AA so what does he leave thinking that no matter how good he is its about money well i hope the money burns in hell

    did josh die or something?

  4. Anonymous Says:

no he didnt die its just BS that he got sent down money time in organization whatever performance should trump all of it he had the stats and worked his tail off and for what to be sent down because the tampa starters have too many innings sounds like a management issue and you penalize a kid that is nailing it i call BS
