(PR) (Trenton, NJ) – The Trenton Thunder, Double-A Affiliate of the New York Yankees, announced today that Mercer County native, LHP Steve Garrison, has been promoted to the Major League New York Yankees. The Yankees are scheduled to place Garrison on the active roster prior to tonight’s game against the Tampa Bay Rays. In corresponding moves, C Ryan Baker has been transferred off of the Thunder disabled list, while 3B Bradley Suttle has been placed on the Disabled List, retroactive to July 15th.
