Phelps Or Warren: Who Has The Best Chance Of Making An Impact In 2012?

The Yankees starting rotation seems to be pretty well set heading into 2012.  Said rotation doesn’t include David Phelps (left) or Adam Warren (right).  So, as you’re buying your tickets to Yankees games this season — Buy cheap tickets to Yankees games here, of course — which of the two do you think has the chance to make the biggest impact in the big leagues this season?

Is it Phelps, a 25-year-old righty who posted a 6-6 record and 3.19 ERA in 18 starts in Triple-A Scranton last year?  Or is it Warren, a 24-year-old righty who went 6-8 with a 3.60 ERA in 27 starts for SWB in 2011?

Tell me your thoughts in the comments…

  1. Peter Lacock Says:

    I vote for Phelps.
It’s a close call but I think he locates and reads a little better.

Plus he’s already on the 40.
